The Studio at Galleria M membership does not constitute a lease or sublease. It is a privilege that may be revoked at anytime at the discretion of the management.
The Studio offers its facilities to individuals and teams who work in certain industries, primarily related to the fields of design, communication, technology, arts, music etc. The rights of membership are reserved and Galleria M reserves the right to refuse membership without assigning any reason.
It may be noted that the Studio offers a collaborative work space and it is important that the members do not in any way cause disturbance, disruption, interference, etc, as also behave and function in a manner that preserves and enhances the value and sancity of the space. In case there is any violation of the basic code of conduct, or in case of any failure of business or personal etiquette, then the membership may be terminated at the discretion and will of the management. In case of any gross violation of conduct, management reserves the right to take any action as may be necessary.
The Studio facility can be used from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. If a member wishes to use the the facility beyond the stated hours, additional charges may apply. Please note that guests are not allowed inside the work area.
For Silver & Gold members, the workstation allotment will be on the basis of availbility. In case of the workstations are not available at any point of time, the management reserves the right to offer an alternate space within its premises, at its discretion. For Platinum members, the designated workspace may be changed at any point of time, if so necessary.
Members are required to pay the membership fee in advance, at least 7 days prior to the date of commencement of the membership period. There are additional charges that will be applicable for various services that are availed by the members and these are to be settled within 3 days of submission of the bill for the same. However, those who offer a credit card guarantee, the settlement can be at the end of the month. Taxes will be levied as per applicable.
Members must receive permission from The Matrix Management to undertake activities that may impose on the interests of the member community.
Any damage injury caused as a result of a members's negligence, will be borne by and paid for by the member responsible, as may be decided by the management.
Every member is responsible for their own personal belongings and the Matrix Management is not responsible for the loss of same.
No illegal or otherwise objectionable activity will be permitted.
If members need to avail The Studio facilities on Sundays, permission is to be taken at least 48 hrs. prior, and will be subject to feasibility, along with additional charges.
Meeting room is subject to availbility and prior booking is required.
We follow a clear desk policy. All belongings must be moved away and the desks cleared before leaving. Gold/Platinum can avail drawer/locker facilities.
It may be noted that in case of any dispute the decision of the management will be final and binding in all respects.
